I agree with you on fundamentals and adoption but what would you tell your friend if he pointed out that in almost 5 years Bircoin now has just 7% growth?
first, that assumes buying once at the top and never adding. Anyone dollar-cost averaging over the last 5 years has a cost basis around $41K and is up about 68% today. The cheap months buy you way more sats.
Cash lost about 25 to 30% of its purchasing power over that same window.
Fair enough. It was me and I did not sell and did manage to start buying at just over 30k so my dollar cost average might be better than MSTR...I hope!
